3/50 Project Presentation

Oct 04, 2010 by Hamilton County CVB

On October 14, head to the Jameson Inn in Carmel to listen to speaker Cinda Baxter, Founder of the 3/50 Project. The economy may be showing signs of improvement, but can the local merchant wait it out? How do we help our local market and benefit the tourism market in the process?  The 3/50 Project relies on the simple premise, “pick 3, spend 50, save your local economy, which has exploded onto the national stage as a way to help local brick and mortar business reclaim consumer dollars. Invite members of your marketing and membership team, committed merchants, economic development and community leadership to participate in a motivating conversation about making your main streets thrive and survive through a local initiative. Make your reservations today! Event is from 11:30 a.m. – 2 p.m. Cost is $25 per person, and includes a lunch of local fare along with the exciting presentation.  The deadline for reservations is Friday, October 8, 2010. For more information and to save your spot, call Betsy at 317-660-4033. *This event is co-sponsored by The Anderson/Madison County Visitors & Convention Bureau, the Hamilton North Chamber of Commerce, the Hamilton County Convention and Visitors Bureau, and Sheridan Main Street. -Betsy Jones, Director of Tourism Development
