Ladies and gentleman, it's time to start the preparations for the biggest eating holiday of the year! Luckily, you can mark bake pies off of your Thanksgiving to-do list. Rosie's Place in Noblesville, Indiana is taking orders for Thanksgiving desserts, now through November 20. If Thanksgiving is at your house this year, you can order traditional Thanksgiving pies like pumpkin, apple or pecan pie. Or go with perennial favorites like cherry, lemon meringue or banana cream. You can also choose from one of their seven cakes, including gooey butter cake, carrot and German chocolate. (Psst...If you will be a guest this year, pick up a pie or cake to win over your hostess' heart!) Click here for a complete list of desserts and prices. Rosie's also serves up breakfast and lunch, seven days a week, in a relaxed, cafe dining setting. It's a great place to start your morning. In fact, Indianapolis Monthly recently included Rosie's brown sugar oatmeal pancakes with blueberries to their swoon list. Stop by mid-day to re-energize during a day of shopping in downtown Noblesville. Alberta Egle, a member of our Visitor Services staff, brought out-of-town guests to Rosie's a few weeks ago and they gave the desserts rave reviews. Rosie's menu changes daily and seasonally, so you can always expect something different.
