The next time you are strolling through Historic Noblesville Square, be sure to visit the Noblesville Visitors Center and take a moment to appreciate a display of local creativity. Our featured artist for August is an award-winning artist and honorary member of the Hamilton County Artist Association, Joan Love. Her mediums include oil, watercolor and acrylic.Â
Monday-Tuesday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
