John Reynolds- Artist of the Month

The next time you are in Noblesville, Indiana, be sure to stop in the Noblesville Visitors Center. Not only can you get the latest information about things to do in Noblesville and throughout Hamilton County, Indiana, you also will get a visual treat from Hamilton County Artist Association artist John Reynolds, our featured artist of the month.

Born in southern Indiana, John Reynolds started drawing and painting at an early age. After high school, he moved to Muncie Indiana to attend Ball State University College of Architecture and Planning and graduated with a degree in Architecture in 1973. He continued his art studies and teaching at the Indianapolis Art Center, and with noted American Impressionist C.W. Mundy. He traveled to New York City, Colorado, New Mexico, and Arizona, to study with nationally known painters such as Kevin McPherson, Jacob Collins, Matt Smith, Greg Kreutz, Richard Whitney, Morgan Price, Brian Stewart, Marlin Linville, and others.
