Wander the streets of Old Town on June 14 and enjoy some beautiful, private gardens. The tour will feature historic properties and include historical snippets from Carmel's history. Maps will be for sale on the Monon Greenway adjacent to the Monon Deopt Museum.
Built in 1883, the depot served as the main transportation and freight site for Carmel. Now home to the Carmel Clay Historical Society, the museum features railroad artifacts and local history.
The Monon Depot Museum is open April - October, Saturday & Sunday 1 - 4 p.m. The archives is open by appointment only.
