Support local, dine at The Ville Restaurant, As Seen on The Food Network 2014 Pilot Series "Buy This Restaurant" . Chef Brooks is a classically trained chef with over 20 years of culinary expertise. Early in his culinary career, Chef Brooks completed a six-month internship at Commander’s Palace under the supervision of Emeril Lagasse. The Ville's New Orlean's themed dishes breathe new life into classic recipes. Menu items include New Orlean's style crab boil, shrimp and grits, jambalaya, crab cake, filet and Chilean sea bass. The menu changes seasonally. The owners support the arts by adorning the dining room walls with works by local artists. The restaurant is open for dinner Tues-Sat 5-9pm and Sunday Brunch 10-2pm. The restaurant can be rented for private events and seats 160. It has a private event room (capacity 50) and offers on/off site catering.
