Crust offers a wonderful rustic atmosphere and authentic stone oven influenced by Neapolitan tradition. Eating well matters, and that's why our pizza is made fresh, right here, every day. We use only the freshest, highest quality ingredients. Local and organic ingredients are used whenever possible. Crust offers the distinctive flavor of craft beer from some local breweries including Sun King, Upland, and Foutain Square. We also offer other popular selections of bottled and draft beer. We have a unique and wide range of wines which contain a couple of gluten free, organic choices. We offer wines from Banrock Station, who is committed to conservation and will plant a tree for every bottle sold. Among our unique offerings, and the highlight of Crust, is our stone hearth oven. These ovens have been used for thousands of years to make traditional Naples style pizza. Our oven is kept at 700 degrees F, and used to bake all our fresh pizzas. The oven has inspired the rest of our menu, and we believe you will enjoy your dining experience among the backdrop of the fiery glow.
