Hamilton County Convention and Visitors Bureau Online Privacy Policy

The Hamilton County Convention and Visitors Bureau (HCCVB) collects information from site users when guests fill out request and/or contest forms at 8GreatTowns.com or other domains point to 8GreatTowns.com. When registering on 8GreatTowns.com, as appropriate, guests may be asked to enter the following information:

• Address
• Email
• Travel Interests

You may however, always visit the site anonymously without registering for information/contests. The online privacy policy applies to information collected through our website and not information collected offline.

The HCCVB collects user information to better inform the end user/requestor of things to do that fit their interests to assist with trip planning to Hamilton County's 8 Great Towns.

Use of Information

The information collected by the HCCVB will be used in the following ways:

• To send 6-12 emails per year relating to Hamilton County (8 Great Towns) travel ideas, promotions and contests.
• To improve the 8GreatTowns.com web site.
• The information collected is for the use of only the HCCVB. The information will NOT be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to other companies for any reason whatsoever.
• The HCCVB will disclose information to a trusted third party who assists in conducting research annually. There is always an opt out option for the user.
• If at any time the user would like to stop receiving email from 8GreatTowns.com, we include a link to unsubscribe at the bottom of each email. By following this link the user will automatically be removed from the promotions list.
• The HCCVB maintains the list management.

Contests/Enter to Win

During the 2011 campaign, visitors to 8GreatTowns.com will have the opportunity enter to win getaways based on monthly promotions.
NOTE:

• One entry is allowed per email during each monthly promotion.
  
• Package values range per month.
  
• It is the sole responsibility of the winner to make any required reservations while redeeming gift certificates.
