Family Adventure
Family time is a great time to pile into the minivan and head for Hamilton County, Indiana. Interested in a history lesson? History comes alive at the Conner Prairie Interactive History Park in Fishers where you can explore and discover what it is like to live and play in Indiana's past. Looking for a fun, family-oriented activity? Bike or hike one of Hamilton County's beautiful trails or perfect your putting skills with a round of miniature golf at Ben & Ari's. Want to cool off? Head for the Forest Park Aquatic Center with its Olympic size pool, platform diving well, splash park and wet climbing wall or float the lazy river at the Aqua Park at Central Park, Carmel. Still have energy to burn? Grab a lane at Pinheads and bowl to your heart's content.
With all of this activity you're bound to work up an appetite. Fortunately, ChowTown, Indiana, how we refer to GREAT restaurants, offers up a wide range of first-rate restaurants. Start your day with The Big Stack at Bub's Café in Carmel. Lunch is served cafeteria-style at MCL Restaurant and Bakery or local favorite, Dooley O'Toole's.
