Westfield, IN – At the grand opening of Westfield's highly touted 400-acre Grand Park youth sports complex, Mayor Andy Cook announced the planned addition of a privately funded $20 million indoor sports arena. Indianapolis-based Holladay Properties will fund and develop the 370,000-square-foot facility, which had been planned as a future phase of Grand Park. The developer will break ground in the next 30 to 60 days and expects to open the facility next summer. Indianapolis Star
