The Carmel International Arts Festival takes over Main Street in the Carmel Arts & Design District Sept. 22 and 23 with more than 130 juried artists exhibiting in watercolor, oil, 2D, jewelry, photography, 3D, wood, sculpture, pottery and more. Approximately 40,000 art fans attend each year to experience this unique event.
