Let the Fall festivals begin! Nearly every weekend this fall in Hamilton County is filled with fun and this weekend is no exception! Read on for suggestions of what to do and see in Hamilton County this weekend and check our online calendar for even more ideas! Art in the Park

1. Join the arts community of Fishers at the annual Art in the Park celebration of local art! There will be art displays, live entertainment and a children's area for those creative little ones. This event will take over the lawn in front of Fishers Town Hall this Saturday. 

2. Conner Prairie's annual Country Fair has morphed into STEAM! Innovation Fair! This family fun event will celebrate the spirit of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math throughout the historic themed areas at Conner Prairie where innovations of the past and present will come to life!  

3. Can't get enough Hamilton County History? Plan to attend Voices from the Past in Westfield this weekend! Attendees will be guided on a journey into the past through the Anti-Slavery Cemetery in Asa Bales Park and Old Friends Cemetery Park, where they will be met by Westfield Playhouse actors portraying locals with interesting stories to tell. Saturday tours are open to the public and tours will leave every 10 minutes beginning at 1 p.m. 

4. Stages across Hamilton County are lighting up as local theater groups put on entertaining shows! The Carmel Stone HouseCommunity Players' production of "Breaking Up Is Hard To Do" will be opening this weekend and "A Chorus Line"  and "Gypsy" will both continue their runs at the Center for the Performing Arts.  

5. Always wondered what some of the historic homes in Noblesville look like on the inside? Here's your chance to find out! The Noblesville Preservation Alliance is hosting the annual Noblesville Historic Homes Tour this Saturday that will feature several homes and historic buildings. In addition to these the Nickel Plate Arts headquarters at the renovated historic Judge Stone House will also be open for touring.  Don't miss the exhibit of salvage art that features pieces made from salvage from the renovation of the house!

6. Whether you're a cycling enthusiast or a casual rider, the Tour de Carmel has fun biking routes for all! On Saturday this family friendly event will wind participants through the parks and beautiful sights throughout Carmel- what a unique way to get out and play!  Coxhall Garden

7. Head to northern Hamilton County for some fall fun. This Saturday the Indiana State Chili Championship will heat up in Cicero! Stop by for samples of tasty chili and salsa. Or pack a picnic and enjoy a concert in Sheridan on Saturday evening that will feature the Zionsville Concert Band

8. Enjoy the continuation of summer events into the fall season! Outdoor concerts are still occurring at the Concerts in the Centerpiece series at Coxhall Gardens that begins on Sunday evening. Also, the Carmel, Noblesville and Fishers farmers markets continue this month every Saturday morning!
