That’s right...you heard me...the FARM!!!"][/caption] We have made the move from the lazy days of summer to the crazy days of fall! The kiddos have been back to school for a couple of months. We are in the groove, we have a routine, but this mama is tired! I am running on “empty, much like the gas tank of my minivan after playing chauffeur to practices, carpool, dance lessons and play dates! I need some time to myself so I am heading to the farm ...not to milk the cows, collect the eggs, or take a spin on a tractor, but to stay at Crop-A-Doodle-Do in my pjʼs, schedule spa services, enjoy home-cooked meals that I did not have to prepare... and ..GASP!...NOT do the dishes! I am also going to scrapbook. I am going to not care about the time. I am going to take a nap. I am going to stay up late AND sleep in. I am going to dig through a stack—OK, stacks of pictures. I am going to focus on me. I am going to be creative! Crop-A-Doodle-Do, the Ultimate Scrapbook & Spa Getaway, is tucked down a long, tree-lined, gravel drive on over a hundred acres of beautiful farmland in Arcadia, Indiana. The farmhouse is inviting, and the couch in the gathering room is perfect for a chick flick and popcorn. The craft room is spacious, and the sun porch gives a perfect view to our picturesque Hamilton County, Indiana, sunsets and comes complete with views of corn fields, barns and silos. Plus, the dining room table, most likely the largest in Indiana, invites wonderful and fun dinner conversations and the occasional glass of wine! I live in Hamilton County, but there is something about this 20-minute drive that makes me feel a million miles away! Whether it is scrapbooking, making cards, beading, quilting, crafting or just needing a break with your girlfriends, we all have the same issue...there is never enough time. Crop-A-Doodle-Do gives you all the time you need! Isnʼt it time you head to the farm too? Book your dates now for a fun, relaxing Indiana weekend getaway!
