Thursday is St. Patrick's Day, the unofficial start to spring. With the forecast set for 70 degrees and sunny, it is going to feel more like summer!  So put on your green clothes, pack up your four-leaf clovers, and enjoy the only day when everyone is Irish!

Vine & Table in Carmel is showing its Irish side a day early. They are hosting a free Irish style beer tasting on Wednesday from 4 to 7 p.m. Start St. Patrick's Day at 7 a.m. with "Kegs & Eggs," an American Irish breakfast, at Mo's Irish Pub in Hamilton Town Center. If you are a diehard St. Patrick's Day fan, you can stick around all day. Entertainment starts at noon, with live music in three locations. For those who would rather not drink the green beer, Peterson's in Fishers is offering half-priced martinis. Or you can sip green tea at The Ruby Pear or Noble Coffee & Tea in Noblesville. Go green and celebrate spring with the organic, handcrafted soaps of Herbal Arts in Fishers. Two options for spring: dandelions and sweet grass soap and natural cottons. Wear a green shirt to Pinheads in Fishers on Thursday and receive one free game of bowling! The warm weather really calls for a round of golf at one of Hamilton County's premier golf locations. Warm up that putter on the greens. Breathe in the fresh air at one of the many Hamilton County parks. Check out the budding flowers and trees along a nature path or play a round of frisbee golf with your friends. Wherever you go this Thursday, be sure to wear your green so you don't get pinched. And be on the look out for that leprechaun!
