Despite the hot, humid weather on Saturday night, a few of my friends and I went to the 19th Annual Street Dance in Noblesville (it is our yearly tradition!). We arrived a little after 5 p.m. and found a shaded spot on the courthouse lawn. Once we were set up, we wandered around the Square. Most of the restaurants and shopswere open, busy and selling right from the sidewalk! From hamburgers and hot dogs to Asian food, Italian food to Indiana's famous pork tenderloins, any craving could be satisfied. Again this year they had a car show, as well as a area set aside for children activities which is where a lot of young families spent their time. Besides people watching, my favorite part of the event was listening to the wonderful music that the Wright Brothers provided! The Wright Brothers are always able to get us out of our seats and dancing (literally) in the streets. Another year, another great street dance! Be sure to visit the 20th event next July. In the meantime, visit our online calendar for ideas on things to do in Hamilton County, Indiana this weekend, this month, this year!
