Barley Island is probably best known as Noblesville's original brewpub. They handcraft 10 barrel batches of beer using their Saaz Brewing System. Dirty Helen Brown Ale is their flagship brand, and they have a selection of other distinct beers from Count Hopula to their Flat Top Wheat. You'll find unique award-winning beers you can't find anywhere else. For example, their Brass Knuckles Oatmeal Stout features Black Majic coffee beans from Noble Coffee & Tea. Their Humburger is a malty dark ale with brown sugar, cardamom, ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon and bitter orange. If you know Barley Island for their beers, you only know half of the story. They also are a full-service restaurant that serves lunch and dinner. Their menu includes appetizers, soups and salads, sandwiches, grill items and desserts. And yes, they do have a kids menu. On Wednesdays and Thursdays, kids even eat for free with a purchase of a regular-priced adult entrée. Whether you are a beer lover or not, Barley Island is worth checking out.
