Last week, Judy Erner in our office had the special privilege of presenting the second of 8 Star Awards for 2011 to Terrell & Yolanda Gray, the owners of Queso Blanco Mexican Restaurant in Westfield, to recognize their outstanding customer service. [caption id="attachment_3470" align="aligncenter" width="300" caption="Terrell & Yolanda Gray, owners of Queso Blanco in Westfield, Indiana"][/caption] We have recommended Queso Blanco before, and for good reason. The restaurant, which opened in October 2007, has been serving authentic homemade Mexican food since day one. Yolanda comes for Oaxaca in southern Mexico, and most of the menu items are her family secret recipes. Oaxaca is known for its rich history of cheeses found only in that area so, if you are a cheese lover, you are in for a special treat.   Together Yolanda and Terrell work hard to make each customer’s visit a special one. Yolanda believes that each plate served must be made with their heart. Their goal is to make their customers feel like they are having a meal in their home with family. Queso Blanco is a great asset to Westfield, Indiana, and to Hamilton County. We are very proud to say they are partners of the Hamilton County Convention and Visitors Bureau and to recognize them as one of the county's STARs.
