As we have previously mentioned, we have Visitor Centers in Carmel, Noblesville & Fishers. These centers are staffed by great Hamilton County and Central Indiana residents who offer advice, ideas, trip suggestions, directions, brochures and a broad knowledge base to those visiting Hamilton County, Indiana. We recently asked them what they would do as a Hamilton County visitor - over the next few weeks, I will be sharing their thoughts on the blog. Enjoy!

From Visitor Center Employee, Justin R.: Starting the morning off right I would venture over to Bub's Cafe to grab a hearty helping of breakfast. Once I have satisfied my appetite for freshly brewed coffee and pancakes I will check into my hotel. Prior to the trip I would have booked the stay and play package which allows me to stay a night at the Hampton Inn & Suites and the play at Plum Creek Golf Club in the morning. After washing up and letting the food settle I would want to work some of those calories off with a brisk walk on the Monon Trail. Now energized by excess endorphins I would take a drive into Noblesville to dine at the Uptown Cafe. The location of this establishment is perfect since shortly after completion I plan to mosey over to the White River Canoe Company and warm up my arms for tomorrow's golf outing by paddling in a canoe today. Now that I am completely exhausted the only logical thing to do would be head to the Hampton Inn. But then again I worked up another intense appetite in which I can only manage by treating myself to Alexander's On the Square. After a great night sleep at the Hampton Inn I will grab a quick bite to eat from their continental breakfast before hitting the links at Plum Creek. Then after the two rounds of included golf from the stay and play package I will finally head north on I-69 for home. The term home is used loosely since I will of course be stopping in Anderson at Hoosier Park Racing and Casino to capitalize on all the money I saved this weekend. *
