We are a small Chef-driven Bistro just off the square in Downtown Noblesville, aiming to open for dine-in Midsummer, once we are adequately staffed. We were a few weeks away from our grand opening when the pandemic hit in March 2020, and quickly reconceptualized to offer "Sunday Supper Club" a changing weekly menu of Ready-to-Heat dishes. Our Chef-Owner is an experienced & accomplished veteran of the hospitality industry (and the US Coast Guard) with a passion for fresh & local ingredients. Chef Samir runs a true scratch-kitchen with little to no waste, sources produce from Teter Organic, Full Hand, and Redwine Family Farms, and has a penchant for teaching those eager to learn. Chef's wife & co-owner, Rachel, leads the front of house.
We are seeking a small, tight-knit staff comprised of individuals who are passionate about genuine hospitality, work well in a team & love food. Available positions include Bartender, Servers and kitchen staff. Prior experience is not as important as passion & eagerness to learn. Employees may be cross-trained, will be respected & valued, and compensated appropriately. Owners are hands-on, working alongside our team every night of service. Hours are TBD but will likely start with dinner service Wednesday through Saturday.
