Science has shown us that sense of smell is a way to directly affect the limbic brain-- the seat of emotions and memory processing. Aromatherapy is a fast, safe and effective way to stay on top of our emotional responses, moods and reactions to stressful triggers. This workshop will cover the science behind emotional aromatherapy and aromas to use for different emotions. Participants will make a blend to take home.
