Beginning Ukulele Class

Never played the ukulele but want to learn? This class is for you! In this skills-based course, students will learn basic strums and chords by focusing on a new song each week. Students may remain in this group until they feel confident to move on to General Ukulele.

Recommended for ages 14 and up. Cost is $45 and includes all four classes. 

Ukuleles will be available to borrow for these classes. If you would like to bring your own, please make sure it is a soprano, concert, or tenor uke tuned gCEA.

About the Instructor: 

Geoff Davis, master ukulele player and builder, first picked up the ukulele at age six to play at local events and parties with his parents.  

Geoff taught many Indianapolis Public School students to play ukulele during his 33 years in public education. With these students he travelled to national ukulele festivals, hosted a national ukulelr festival in Indianapolis and played with Garrison Keillor.

In his Noblesville studio, Geoff carves birds and animals and teaches ukulele building classes.
