Carmel Symphony Orchestra presents "Hope of Romance and Adventure" Concert at Palladium

Internationally renowned violinist Philippe Quint joins the Carmel Symphony Orchestra for an evening of imaginative and poignant music from the greats Verdi, Ravel, and Schumann as well as rarely-performed compositions by silent movie icon Charlie Chaplin. Quint, who has won worldwide acclaim playing with the world’s leading orchestras and conductors, will be under the direction of Maestro Janna Hymes. The evening will include presentations of Chaplin's City Lights Suite, The Kid Fantasy, and Smile and conclude with Schumann's sweeping and emotional Symphony No. 2 in C Major, Op. 61.
