Spring is here! On June 8th, gather around the table with friends as we present an interactive multi-course feast celebrating spring flavors masterfully paired with our favorite brews. Executive Chef Kyle Roberts & Four Day Ray Founder Brian Graham have curated a 3-course family-style menu that melds together seasonal ingredients to celebrate the change in the season. The event begins with hors d’oeuvres and beer or wine pairings from 7:00 to 7:45 p.m in the brewery. Shortly afterwards, guests will be invited to enjoy a family-style dinner followed by dessert. Each course will be paired with a complementary wine or Four Day Ray beer to enhance your palate. Founder Brian Graham & Chef Kyle Roberts will be there to discuss how the pairings were decided and answer questions about the beers, wines, and the brewing process.
