The Pre-Party kicks off an hour before the Main Event at 5:30 PM, and gives you an opportunity to enjoy some special perks, including:

• Passed hors d'oeuvres

• Craft beer tasting
• Sneak peek at the Dream Trips 

The Main Event kicks off at 6:30 PM and boasts ALL your favorite Hoe-Down activities.

• Learn about the Dream Trips up for grabs
• Peruse the Gift Card Corral
• Get a bottle or two from the wine pull
• Try your hand at the Bullseye or Bust, or the Tipsy Toss
• Visit the stables to learn all about our horse herd
• Grab a cocktail at the Top Shelf Saloon
• Dine on a classic & classy BBQ dinner

• Program begins
• Learn about our TherAplay Kiddo Ambassadors, Dru and Aiden!
• Live auction immediately following the Program

• Dance floor opens! Live performance from Corey Cox Band

9:00 PM

• Silent auction and Dream Trips close

11:00 PM: Event concludes
