All Aboard to experience the flavors of fall during a countryside cruise! Chef Andy from Andy's Housepitality will be preparing a locally sourced, delicious fall meal on the Nickel Plate Express.

Indiana Cider Braised Pork. apple and glazed carrot slaw. corn bread.
Stuffed Delicata Squash with French lentil, cranberry, and hazelnut.
Dessert- Indiana Persimmon and Maple Macarons
