Explore the newly reopened Meadowlark Park with one of our experienced fitness instructors as you hike around the park and the pond while doing squats, lunges, sprints, and more. We will get your blood pumping, fresh air coursing through your lungs, and share a bit of information about the natural features of this re-imagined park property. Wear comfortable fitness clothes and bring plenty of water.
