Chef Karyn has her own restaurant in Sheridan and has been selling wonderful recipes at local venues over the past year or two. Now she is willing to share some cooking secrets with you! Chef Karyn is offering her expertise on pie crusts at this perfectly scheduled, just in time for Thanksgiving class! She will demo how to make a great pie crust, share a recipe for the crust as well as some recipes for pie fillings. She will also have a pre-made pie to share along with a free glass of Blackhawk wine. And if you are still nervous after the class, she will be able to take orders to make your pies for you for Thanksgiving!!
