Tai One On (Tai Chi in the Vineyard

The practice of Tai Chi combines slow, deliberate movements with meditation and breathing exercises.  This event is not intended to burn calories or raise your heart rate but instead to help circulation, balance and alignment.  We recenlty met a Tai Chi instructor and wanted to take the opportunity to offer a class at the winery!  Chi means energy.  Between the Tai Chi class and our wine, we hope this restores some of your energy!
