The Hamilton County Tourism Ambassador Program is designed to prepare the local hospitality community and event volunteers with valuable information, tools and resources needed to welcome visitors to Hamilton County.

Step One:
Complete Super Service. Follow this link to begin an online self-paced training program. It will take about 30 minutes to complete and requires a username and password.
Step Two:
Next, to further your Ambassador status, attend one of our in person workshops where we have fun and dig deeper into hospitality training, education and all things Hamilton County. To request an in person training for your group or business, please contact Sarah.
