Before Super Bowl XLVI, the greater Indianapolis area rolled out an online hospitality training program called Super Service. Super Service is self-paced and designed to prepare our hospitality community and event volunteers with the valuable information, tools, and resources needed to welcome visitors to Hamilton County, Indiana.
Super Service saw incredible results, and the program has been updated to reflect current standards and statistics. With Super Service being the first step in the Hamilton County Tourism Ambassador Program, we invite you, your staff, and volunteers to complete this training. Together we can exceed visitors’ service expectations and make Hamilton County the best place to visit.
Upon completion, participants will receive a certificate of completion to signify their new Tourism Ambassador status. As the Hamilton County Tourism Ambassador Program grows, we plan to host an annual in person workshop consisting of further training, education and inspiration. Participants will then receive a pin to proudly wear and further signify their Tourism Ambassador status.
