Reminiscent of a French Country Manor for a member of Aristocracy, the Lucas Estate was built in 1993. It is located at 1143 W. 116th St. in Carmel, Indiana. The Lucas Estate has been the host to some of the most upscale events that include quite an elaborate resume of special guests including George W. Bush, Garth Brooks, Tony Dungy, Tommy Lasorda, Jon Lovitz, and Gladys Knight! The Lucas Estate is by far the most beautiful and mesmerizing place in the state of Indiana to host an unforgettable and memorable occasion!
The beautifully landscaped grounds, the spacious Sports Facility, and the newly constructed Outdoor Plaza are a few of the designated areas for special events held at the Lucas Estate. Many of the suggested event spaces have been upgraded to host some of the most upscale events in various arrangements. The Estate is made up of five buildings on the 33.6 acres of beautiful land that include an infinity swimming pool with a cascading waterfall, a meticulous manicured formal garden, and a very opulent Williams Creek that flows throughout the grounds! There are almost 50,000 square feet between all of the buildings, but the main house consumes 25,000 square feet on its own.
