Historic SmithHouse has 735 square feet of rental space available for your next celebration. The intimate space is perfect for baby showers, wedding showers, small weddings, corporate events, birthday parties, bar/bat mitzvah, retirement parties, graduation open houses, and all other gatherings of 49 guests or less.
Outdoor backyard events can accommodate up to 150 guests. Outdoor events with more than 40 guests will require a tent rental which is not included in the rental price.
