Photo Disclaimer

We represent and agree that we have obtained any and all releases and/or waivers of rights that may be necessary to permit HCT to publish the Images in the manner described below.

We agree to indemnify, defend and hold HCT harmless from all costs, damages, fines, infringement fees, litigation costs, and attorneys fees in the event of any breach of the above representations and we agree to cooperate in the defense of any legal action which may be brought against HCT arising from the publication of the Images.

The irrevocable Image rights granted and/or assigned to HCT include:
The ongoing, non-exclusive right to publish and use the Images for advertisements and promotions for the HCT;
The right to license and sublicense the Images to any third parties; and,
With respect to the Images: the right to publish, display and transmit in and on any and all media, including, but not limited to, all electronic, worldwide web, CD-Rom, electronic databases, archival and/or data retrieval systems, optical, digital and other media whether now known or hereafter created.
