HAMILTON COUNTY, Ind. — Hamilton County Sports Authority (HCSA) celebrates a banner year that included a successful rebrand, a new strategic plan and support for a series of events that have boosted the local economy.

Throughout the past year, HCSA played a pivotal role in facilitating 37 sporting events throughout the county, which collectively generated more than $42 million in economic impact for the region. Major events included the Association of Pickleball Players (APP) U.S. Collegiate Championships and Midwest Open, MAC Men’s Golf Championships and USA Wrestling Women’s National Team Duals.

HCSA also supported the Fishers Event Center with its opening in November and will continue to work alongside the venue to bring in new events. The 7,500-seat arena is home to the Indy Fuel (ECHL), Indy Ignite (PVF) and Fishers Freight (IFL).

"Hamilton County, Indiana continues to prove itself as a hub for competitive sports,” said Hamilton County Sports Authority Director Carl Daniels. “Over the past year, the Hamilton County Sports Authority team has supported high-profile competitions and have worked diligently to secure new events. We’re grateful for the partnerships that have made 2024 so successful and are excited to carry this momentum into the coming year.”

Hamilton County Sports Authority, alongside its partners, concluded this year with two major 2025 event announcements: Pro Volleyball Federation All-Star Match on Feb. 22 at Fishers Event Center and LIV Golf Indianapolis on Aug. 15-17 at The Club at Chatham Hills in Westfield.
