‘Tis the season for Christmas events and activities. Conner Prairie’s popular festival, A Merry Prairie Holiday, is back for its seventh year in 2025: A Merry Prairie Holiday with the theme, Not a Twinkle Out of Place. This event in Fishers, Indiana is perfect for families. Read below to find information on dates, hours of operation and pricing.
 

2025 Hours of Operation

  • Friday, November 28 and Saturday, November 29
  • Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays | December 5-21
  • Monday, December 22 and Tuesday, December 23
  • 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. each night. All ages are welcome.

 

Tickets

Members of Conner Prairie can purchase tickets for $15, and general admission and access passes are available for $26.

Conner Prairie will offer ASL tours. An ASL interpreter will communicate between guests and historical interpreters. ASL dates coming soon.

A Merry Prairie Holiday Activities

Admission to the event includes activities for the whole family to enjoy:

Notably, guests can walk through the grounds and capture picture-perfect moments with the local favorite Reynolds’ LED Christmas Lights display.

Check out selfies with Santa at the North Pole Village, the 150-foot Polar Bear Plunge dry tubing hill, rides on Kringle’s Carousel, and sock skating at Frosty’s Skating Rink.

Get transported back 200 years at the William Conner House for a 3D projection mapping of “’Twas The Night Before Christmas” to feel the nostalgia of the holiday story.

Roam to 1836 Prairietown for historic holiday experiences, including “From Solstice to Santa: A Magic Lantern Crankie Show” at the Potter Shop Kiln Shed, the Winter Wonderland Sound and Light Show, and classic carols by the Dickensian carolers. And you can’t forget the holiday food and drinks.

For $5, take part in a Make & Take candle dipping activity.

Tips for a Great Experience

Dress for the weather and be prepared to walk around the outdoor grounds. Guests can warm up by the fire pits throughout the event. Most attendees spend at least 1.5 hours at the festival, but this may vary depending on crowds, the size of group, the ages of your children, waiting times, and the weather, so plan accordingly!

Parking is free and accessible parking is also available.
