Central Park

This 159-acre park is located in Carmel with the Monon Trail running through the center of the park. Six miles of trails feature a picturesque boardwalk and weave through native prairies, wetlands and woods. This sizable park boasts many amenities detailed below.

Monon Community Center

This building in the center of the park features a fitness center, indoor aquatics, gymnasium, indoor track and bike share rental station. It is accessible from the south entrance on 111th Street or the east entrance on Westfield Boulevard.

The Waterpark

Spend a fun summer day cooling off with the lazy river, FlowRider, AquaClimb wall, water slides, drop slide, kiddie pool and lap pool. You can also purchase snacks from the concession stand and rent a private cabana. This area is accessible from the south entrance on 111th Street.

Westermeier Commons

Explore a large playground, splash pad, boardwalk along the water and trails connecting to the Monon Trail. This location is accessible from the west entrance on College Avenue.

East Woods

Enjoy a skate park, picnic shelters, grills and trails connecting to the Monon Trail. This part of the park is accessible from the east entrance on Westfield Boulevard.
