Noblesville's Exit 210 corridor has a new name: Deer Creek District. Announced by Mayor Chris Jensen in September 2026, the 5,000-acre district is a partnership between the city and Hamilton County Tourism that brings entertainment, hospitality and business together under one identity — and honors the area's original Deer Creek roots. The district already anchors Ruoff Music Center, Riverview Health Arena at Innovation Mile and Hamilton Town Center, with more development on the way.
