Every year, Hamilton County hosts a number of cultural festivals for folks of all ages to enjoy. One of the most anticipated is Indy GreekFest 2025, which is scheduled to take place on on August 22 and 23, 2025. Try authentic Greek dishes, enjoy live music and traditional dancing, and get a closer look at Greek culture—all in one festive weekend. Opa!

2025 Festival Information

Hosted by Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Cathedral, Indy GreekFest highlights the best of Greek cuisine, drinks, and pastries—many of which are only available during the festival. Admission is free, and beyond the food, you’ll find live entertainment, cultural activities, and a lively atmosphere throughout the weekend.

Now in its 52nd year, Indy GreekFest is one of Central Indiana’s longest-running cultural festivals. The event celebrates Greek heritage through food, music, dance, and community traditions. The Greek Orthodox Church, which hosts the festival, has deep historical ties to Greek culture and the Byzantine era, and visitors are invited to learn more through tours and exhibits.
