CARMEL, Ind. – A national search begins soon to replace Hamilton County Tourism, Inc. President/CEO Brenda Myers who will retire mid-summer, and Diversified Search Group – specifically its non-profit and mission-driven division Koya Partners – will lead the HCT Board of Directors in a national search.
Myers announced her planned retirement in 2022. It ends a 19-year tenure as the organization’s leader during a time when the tourism economy grew significantly. Hamilton County now attracts an estimated 6 million visitors annually. She also served as a founding board member of the tourism organization more than 30 years ago as a representative of Conner Prairie.
Koya Partners will guide a search committee comprised of members from the HCT Board, Hamilton County Tourism Commission, and local community.
Diversified Search Group has almost 50 years of experience in identifying transformational leaders for the future in more than 14 offices nationwide through a network of more than 180 consultants representing all sectors. It also has experience in the global marketplace.

The goal is to have a new leader in place by mid-summer.
