HAMILTON COUNTY, IND. – The Hamilton County Tourism Board of Directors has appointed Karen Radcliff to the position of President & CEO at Hamilton County Tourism, effective March 7, 2025. Radcliff has served in various roles within Hamilton County Tourism over the past 30 years, most recently leading the organization as its Vice President & Chief Strategy Officer.

“Karen’s vast knowledge of the tourism industry, her dedication to Hamilton County and proven leadership make her the perfect candidate to fill this role,” said Mudsock Youth Athletics Executive Director and Hamilton County Tourism Board Chair Scott Spillman. “Over the past 30 years, Karen has shown a great commitment to promoting and growing our community’s assets in a strategic way. The Board is confident she will lead this organization forward, working diligently alongside the dynamic team she has helped to build.”

Radcliff began her tenure at Hamilton County Tourism in 1995 as a Communications Specialist. Through the years, she moved into different positions within the organization, while staying actively engaged in the community through local committees.

Some of the major accomplishments throughout Radcliff’s career have included leading the organization through a 10-year strategic planning process and developing the partnerships and research that led to building Grand Park Sports Campus in Westfield — the nation’s most visited multi-sports venue. Most recently, Radcliff oversaw the creation of the county’s tourism capital fund that will influence new tourism development for the county in years to come.

“It’s been incredible to witness the evolution of Hamilton County, Indiana, throughout the years and I am honored for the opportunity to lead Hamilton County Tourism during this stage of our destination’s growth and development,” said Radcliff. “I look forward to working alongside our partners and team members in this new role, continuing to inspire tourism and creating new, meaningful experiences for visitors, residents and workers throughout our destination.”
