Sun King Spirits
Spirits may be in the name, but Sun King Spirits in Carmel Midtown along the Monon Trail is a kid-friendly establishment (except for the bar area). Choose from delicious food vendors in the food hall, including La Margarita (Mexican), the Den by Foxgardin (American) and Queenie's (pizza). There are enough options to satisfy even the pickiest kid.
C.R. Heroes Family Pub
This restaurant features unique hero-themed decor offers fun specialty drinks (try the ogre punch) and an extensive kid friendly menu. The fun drinks even include gummy worms or a rubber duck. Bonus: kids eat free on Tuesdays.
Bub's Burgers & Ice Cream
On a warm summer night, you're bound to find a line of families waiting to eat at Bub's Burgers & Ice Cream. You can't go wrong with a classic burger and fries. If you still have room, order a milkshake or scoop of ice cream from the adjacent ice cream parlor.
Rosie's Place | Carmel and Noblesville
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and Rosie's serves it up (along with lunch). While the parents enjoy a mimosa, kids can pick from the "Little Buds" menu with options like pancakes, eggs, French toast and more morning favorites.
Boathouse Kitchen & Swan Dive
Sail away to this nautical themed restaurant on Morse Reservoir in Cicero. Families can enjoy a meal together outside on the deck while listening to live music every Thursday, Friday and Saturday night. Don't forget dessert - for kids, it's a Rice Krispie treat on an artist palette with raspberry and chocolate sauce, complete with a paintbrush so they can make a masterpiece.
Alley's Alehouse
Looking for a quick bite to eat after a day exploring Conner Prairie? Find Alley's Alehouse inside Pinheads that also has an arcade. The standard side with most kids meals is Tetris Tots.
