Before the Game
Back to Top of ListWhere to Eat & Drink Before the Game
Make sure to fuel up because you won’t want to miss any game winning points or incredible moments! The Fishers Event Center is conveniently located off of the Interstate 69 and surrounded by delicious, various cuisines. Head over to Four Day Ray Brewing and enjoy comfort food and craft beer, Portillo’s for some famous Chicago-style hot dogs, or Sun King Fishers to grab a drink beforehand. Near the venue is The Yard at the Fishers District where you can find unique seafood dishes at Slapfish, spice things up at Sangrita Grill & Cantina, or warm up with a bowl of ramen at JINYA Ramen Bar. You can also elevate your pre-game experience at 1933 Lounge by St. Elmo Fishers or The HC Tavern & Kitchen.
Things to Do
Whether you have a few hours or the whole day before the game, there’s plenty of entertainment. Within 5 minutes from the venue, explore many specially home-designed showrooms at Indiana’s only IKEA or cross 116th Street to test your swing at Topgolf where all skill leveled golfers are welcomed. If you’re already dining at The Yard, stop by Blue Peppermint Boutique where you can find your next stylish clothing piece or accessory.
West of 116th Street and Interstate 69 is the Nickel Plate District in downtown Fishers, about 10 minutes away from the venue. Take on a fun challenge with your group at The Escape Room or pick up a cozy, aromatic candle at Penn & Beech Candle Co. to take home. If you want something calm before the storm of an adrenaline-filled game, browse through free contemporary art exhibits hosted at the Fishers Art Center.
Can’t settle on just one activity? Just 15 minutes from the venue is Hamilton Town Center, an open-air street mall with over 90 retail stores, restaurants, and entertainment venues—something for everyone!
