Fishers District

Fishers, Indiana has a new dining and shopping destination: Fishers District. Located off of I-69 at the intersection of East 116th Street and IKEA Way, Fishers District is adjacent to IKEA and south of Topgolf. More than 30 restaurants and shops will open starting in Winter 2020.

Fishers District is an 18-acre mixed-use space combining dining, retail, entertainment and lodging. Here, you can find a focus on local businesses like Blue Peppermint Boutique and Sun King, with a large emphasis on culinary offerings. In fact, the Fishers Test Kitchen was designed precisely to showcase up-and-coming chefs, giving them a space to test their restaurant concepts. They’ll demonstrate cooking techniques and have the ability to host private events at The Signature Table, connected to the Test Kitchen.

Take a break from shopping, eating and drinking at The Yard, a large green space in the heart of Fishers District. Extend your stay and book a room at the new Hyatt Place and Hyatt House on property.

While visiting, guests can also see mural installations by local and national artists. Nickel Plate Arts and the Fishers Arts & Culture Commission worked with Thompson Thrift Retail Group to select Koda Witsken, Noblesville; Megan Jefferson, Indianapolis; Travis Neal, Indianapolis; and Dan Toro from Laramie, Wyoming. All murals will be finished by late fall 2020.
