Danyele Easterhaus

Danyele Easterhaus is an entrepreneur, writer, and speaker with a deep commitment to fostering inclusion, connection, and community impact. A longtime resident of Hamilton County, Danyele leverages both personal and professional experience to create environments where individuals of all abilities feel seen, supported, and empowered. As the mother of four—including her 22-year-old daughter Brooke, who is on the autism spectrum—Danyele brings an authentic, lived perspective to her work, offering meaningful insights that help neurodivergent individuals and families navigate their communities with greater confidence.

Danyele is the founder and principal of Danyele Easterhaus Consulting, where she partners with organizations to strengthen leadership, cultivate inclusive culture, and drive strategic transformation. Her work centers on equipping mission-driven leaders with the tools they need to build more compassionate and effective teams. Through her entrepreneurial venture, she has become a trusted advisor to nonprofits, schools, and civic entities throughout Central Indiana.

Prior to launching her consultancy, Danyele served as the Executive Director of Student Impact, where she led youth-focused initiatives grounded in mentorship and belonging. She retired from that role in 2023 but continues to shape her community through active civic leadership. Her current roles include serving on the Executive Committee of Special Olympics Hamilton County, as a founding member of the Mayor’s Council on Disabilities, and as a board member of the Advancing Westfield Foundation.

Since 1996, Westfield has been home to Danyele and her husband of 26 years, Ryan. Together they enjoy life with their four children and one cherished grandchild—who lovingly calls her "Nini."
